Bus Trackr Mobile App Terms of Service

1. Agreement to the Terms

By using the Bus Trackr mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

Guardians must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a the guardian to use the App.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and ensure that this information remains up to date.

4. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By creating an account and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages (including text messages), and telephone calls (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed) from Bus Trackr, LLC, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone communicating on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us. Please refer to the detailed clause provided in the introduction.

5. Children's Data

If you provide information related to children, you represent and warrant that you have proper authorization, including from the child's parent or guardian, to share that information with us. We prioritize the safety and security of children's data and comply with all relevant regulations regarding the collection and processing of such data.

Bus Trackr, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bus Trackr, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of South Carolina without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
